  • O.F.C.S. – Online Fees Collections Services. QE offers an end-to-end approach in all aspects of collecting fees over the internet. An web enabled signup process is offered in order to assist an Association in obtaining an online merchant account that is required to process credit card transactions over the internet. A credit card processing module may be attached to an existing registration system to process funds. The web enabled OFCS Control Centre is created for each Association. This is the central location where all reporting, information, documents, customer service and QE statements can be accessed.
  • Q6 Online Registration Management System - a 6th generation registration system that allows members to register and pay online. It is accompanied by the Administrator Control area where Association resources can manage all aspects of their registration process. (Governing Body integrated versions are available).

    They will also enable funds collected through OFCS to be electronically deposited into the MHA’s bank account.

As part of the compliance procedure, Ambiron conducts regular scans of QE’s infrastructure. The Ambiron scanning engine tests for more than 3,000 vulnerabilities in a single scan.     Your organization must work with Chase Paymentech in order to pass credit approval to obtain an ONLINE merchant account.
    Internet Web Page Requirements:
    Your members will access the Association’s website in order to begin the registration process. The member will click on a registration link (provided by Hockey Canada) that will divert your member to your HCR registration system. It is critical that your Association’s web page contain all the items listed below:
    1. The DBA name should be prominently displayed on the website.
    2. The products sold or services provided should be clearly indicated and consistent with the type of business on the application
    3. Return Policy should be stated on the web site.
    4. Customer contact number.
    5. Email and physical address.
    6. Billing name of merchant.
    7. Ordering instructions
    Does each Minor Hockey Association have to obtain its own individual ONLINE Merchant Account or can a group of Associations obtain one ONLINE merchant account and share it? Top of the page
    It is against merchant rules to operate many Associations under one ONLINE merchant account. The name of the Association for which the member is registering and paying for must appear on the cardholder’s monthly statement. Funds must also be deposited directly into the Association for which the member registered for. Violation of this rule may result in penalties and the loss of the Association’s ONLINE merchant account.
    What Steps Do I have to take to get my minor hockey association set up with credit card processing?
    - complete this online QE - OFCS signup process
    - print, review, complete, sign and fax QE contracts/documents
    - ongoing communication with POSconnect to obtain credit approval for an Chase Paymentech ONLINE merchant account number
    - QE to implement in OFCS and conduct all required testing
    - QE will inform minor hockey association when OFCS is live and ready to begin processing of credit card payments.
    - Minor hockey association activated online credit card payment method in HCR system.
    I currently process credit cards using a P.O.S. Terminal (swipe machine) what do I need to do? Top of the page

    The merchant account set up to enable your organization with P.O.S. (swipe machine) Terminals is not sufficient to collect credit card funds over the internet. You must set up an online merchant account with Chase Paymentech in order to enable these capabilities. QuickEnrollment has set up an online merchant account setup process in order to assist your organization in obtaining the proper online merchant account.
    Chase Paymentech has been chosen as an official supplier of online merchant accounts for Hockey Canada Minor Hockey Associations using OFCS through the HCR system.
    My MHA already collects credit card fees online. What do I have to do to get started? Top of the page
    If your Association possess an ONLINE merchant account from Chase Paymentech and currently collects fees over the internet then there will be NO need to obtain a new ONLINE merchant account for OFCS. Your Association will still be required to continue on and signup online for the OFCS program . Your organization will have to communicate your Chase Paymentech ONLINE merchant account number to QuickEnrollment. Proceed by answering YES to possessing an ONLINE merchant account with Chase Paymentech.
    A POS Swipe Machine Merchant Account is not sufficient for collecting fees over the internet. If your Association currently collects fees by way of POS Swipe machine terminal, you will have to answer NO to possessing and ONLINE merchant account with Chase Paymentech and go through the process of setting up an ONLINE merchant account.
    How long does it take to get set up and go live? Top of the page
    Your organization will have the ability to begin collecting online fee collections through Visa and MasterCard from between 1 to 2 weeks from the point that you provide POSConnect with all required CHASE documents. It is critical that all projected due dates are followed in order to achieve this time frame. A delay in any of the projected due dates may result in a delay in the live date.

    There will be absolutely no interruption of processing services what-so-ever. Your Global merchant account will continue to process your transactions right up to the moment that your account is switched to CHASE.
